The Challenge

Owner had a great property in a walkable neighborhood but was struggling with inconsistent bookings and a string of mediocre reviews related to communication delays.

What We Did

We took over guest communication, implemented a pre-arrival message sequence, and added a curated neighborhood guide. Dynamic pricing captured weekday business travel demand.

"The reviews turned around within 60 days. I had no idea how much the communication piece was costing me."

Sean and his team have wonderful, well curated properties. He is an attentive and responsive landlord that truly wants to make his tenants feel welcome and heard. There was never an issue that wasn't addressed promptly and appropriately. Always appreciated his responsiveness but he was never the type of landlord that felt overbearing. It's a family business if I'm not mistaken and it definitely feels like you're part of it. Thanks Sean for 4 great years!

I've worked with Sustainable Properties photographing residential and investment properties and have always found them to be highly professional and easy to work with. Their properties are well maintained, expectations are clearly communicated, and projects are coordinated efficiently. They value quality, pay attention to details, and understand the importance of presenting properties professionally. It has been refreshing to work with a company that follows through on commitments and values long-term relationships with the professionals they work alongside. I would gladly recommend Sustainable Properties to property owners, investors, and business partners seeking a dependable and well-organized organization.

Our company has worked with Sustainable Properties on multiple projects over the years, and the experience has consistently been positive. They are professional, responsive, and do an excellent job coordinating all parties involved to keep projects moving forward. What stands out most is their communication and follow-through. Whether working with contractors or property owners, they stay organized, address issues promptly, and make sure commitments are met. In the construction and property management industries, reliability and trust are critical. Sustainable Properties has demonstrated both. We appreciate the professional relationship we've built over the years and would confidently recommend them to property owners, investors, lenders, and anyone looking for a dependable project partner.

We've had the pleasure of working with Sean at Sustainable Property Management as a general contractor, and he has been great to work with throughout the process. Communication is always professional, organized, and responsive, which makes projects run much smoother for everyone involved. Sean genuinely cares about the properties he manages and works hard to ensure both owners and tenants are taken care of. It's refreshing to work with a property manager who values quality work, integrity, and strong relationships with vendors. We highly recommend Sean and the team at Sustainable Property Management.

What an absolute GEM! My husband and I love this neighborhood, and when our house was getting worked on we knew we wanted to stay close. I was very nervous about staying in a studio as a stay at home mom. To fit my husband, 1 year old, Doberman, and I comfortably for 4 months seemed like too big a feat. I was SO wrong. This place DELIVERED! The efficient use of space in this studio is remarkable. We were able to bring clothing for the 3 of use with plenty of space to put things. Huge closet to store luggage. Large bathroom that is so silent my daughter and I had no idea what time my husband left for work in the mornings. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is equipped with everything you could need. The laundry on site was almost as if it was inside the unit. It's right around the corner from the front door, and is newer so it has plenty of settings. The communal outdoor space felt like it was all mine. Truly a sanctuary. The landscape is totally southern Californian, and it kept so clean. I was able to open the door and let my daughter and dog wander in and out as they pleased. The hammock is straight up magical. Taking naps with my daughter on it? Yes we did. The neighborhood is outstanding too. I don't have a car, but all of the local shops we love, a grocery store, target, and the park are ALL within walking distance. Takes about 10-15 minutes, but the walk in this historic neighborhood is too beautiful to pass up. If you're on the fence stop looking. You found the place you should stay. Sean, the property manager, is a great human being that will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.
